Hasda Electric Ltd. is a leading manufacturer specialized in Marine Audio System. It employs more than 100 employees & 20 experienced R&D engineers. We produce a wide range of products including Marine DVD, Marine source unit, marine speakers, and marine accessories. 

Thanks to our stringent QC system and the well-trained workers,every order is produced strictly with the standard working procedure. Accompanied by our efficient and professional customer service,over 70 percent of our clients have placed repeat orders last year, which increased our export sales by 40 percent. 

Upon the approval of ISO9001:2000, we have been implementing ISO/TS 16949 authentication.

HASDA ELECTRIC LTD is located in the China international city-Shenzhen. As a global supplier in the marine audio system, Our workshop is well equipped with 2 high-speed auto-SMT lines, 7 assembly lines and 3 QC lines. The annual capacity of production is up to 600,000 units.

a.Problem：No power

Cause：1 . In correct wiring 2.Fuse is blown

Solution: 1. Re-check wiring 2.Replace fuse

b.Problem：No sound

Cause：1 .Volume is too low 2.Speaker connection loose or wired incorrectly

3.0uput blown

Solution: 1 .In crease volume 2.Double check connection and re-attach

3.Send unit in for repair

c.Problem：No reception

Cause：1.The antenna cable Is not connected

2.The signals are too weak

Solution:1 .Insert the antenna Cable securely

2.Select a station manually

d.Problem：USB stick Not reading

Cause：1.Music file is neither MP3 nor WMA format

Solution:1. Convert music file format into MP3 or WMA format

e.Problem：AUX input distortion

Cause：1. Volume may be up too much on external device

Solution:1. Lower volume on external device until distortion goes away

f.Problem：Media device does not work through USB jack

Cause：1.USB input only reads USB sticks

Solution:1.Play media device through auxiliary input

Q1. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB.

Q4. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
